Thursdays 7PM-8PM

The Spring 2024 Vibrant Church Workshop will begin Thursday, February 8th, at 7pm (Central Standard Time).

During this 4-month workshop, each participating church will be “walked through” how to produce

(1) focused Vision and Mission statements for their local church,

(2) a Community Contextual Analysis of their church community,

(3) S.M.A.R.T. Goals for their local church,

(4) a GAP Analysis of their congregation, and

(5) a 3-5 year plan to be(come) a more vibrant local church.

Bishop Reddick has asked all churches in the Eighth Episcopal District to participate in this workshop.

Both PASTORS and MEMBERS of local churches need to attend and participate. If you did not attend the 2022 or 2023 sessions, then this Spring 2024 Session is the last time the workshop will be offered.
